Stride Condos and Towns is an exciting new condominium and townhouse project coming to Mississauga’s Port Credit neighbourhood, at the city’s 501 Lakeshore Road East. The development which is now in pre-construction stage is by Kingsmen Group Inc.

Stride Condos and Towns will be a mixed-use project with the condominium residence proposed to be a 20-storey tower, while the townhomes are scheduled to be 4 storeys tall.

The project will create 380 suites, with 365 being condo suites while 15 will be townhome suites. The project will also house a 1-storey or 2-storey commercial space that will be located at the tower’s floor level. The condos will consist of 1-3 bedroom functional unit designs accompanied by rooftop terraces for the townhouses.

The occupancy date is tentatively slated for fall 2020, while sales are scheduled to start from winter 2018. Additional details about floor sizes and more are yet to be released.
