Lakeside Condos will be made up of 7 towers when completed with a mix of condo units.

Phase 1 will feature three towers 49, 39 and 14 storeys respectively, housing 590, 376, and 182 luxury suites, in that order, making a total of 1148 units. Unit types will include 1-bedroom plus den, 2-bedroom plus den and 3-bedroom plus den.
