Location and Neighbourhood

Cherry Place Condos is located in the West Don Lands, which has for a long time been a redevelopment spot. It is bordered by the Don Valley on its east, the Distillery District lies on its western side, while Eastern Avenue is on its north.

The project is located across the Don River where a whopping 60-acre master planned mixed use development East Habour, right in the core of east downtown is proposed. This will drastically revolutionize the land use and the neighbourhood’s transit modes.

This new neighbourhood will attract over 50,000 jobs and bring a dynamic new district for Toronto residents to explore and enjoy.

The location is poised to have a new multi-modal transportation centre – the best served transit station found outside the Union Station in the Greater Toronto Area.

It will function as the entrance to the project and most of the people travelling to the location will arrive by transit.

The Regional Express Rail, Broadview LRT, Queen’s Quay LRT, SmartTrack as well as the Relief Line subway are among the local and regional connections that will service the area, with all of them converging at the East Habour station.

This stunning structure is already sparking a rare kind of public excitement.

The Rekai Centre is planned to be an ultramodern facility that is committed to taking care of its residents’ needs while giving them the independence, the living conditions as well as the neighbouring public space to continue living a normal life.

Residents will enjoy a contemporary, comfortable surroundings to sustain an improved quality of life. The development will feature private rooms, affordable suites, as well as intensive plus specialized care services focused on seniors and families.
